Ultrasonic Bath (Sonicators)

Ultrasonic bath is used for cleaning purpose that uses ultrasound and a liquid to clean an object. As it is reliable, it is often used for the final cleaning of components and tools. Ultrasonic bath uses Cavitation bubbles induced by high-frequency pressure (sound) waves to agitate a liquid. The electric energy converted into ultrasound waves by means of ultrasonic transducers, which are bonded on the bases of SS Water Tank. Whole process of cleaning is performed in stainless steel water tank. High frequency sound waves create countless microscopic bubbles, which rapidly expand & collapse. This phenomenon is called as Cavitation. Intense scrubbing of cavitation cleans away all the dirt and soil from the object immersed and object is perfectly cleaned.

Ultrasonic sensors work by emitting sound waves at a frequency too high for humans to hear. They then wait for the sound to be reflected back, calculating distance based on the time required. This is similar to how radar measures the time it takes a radio wave to return after hitting an object

Ultrasonication is a process from 20 kHz and up to 40 kHz of ultrasonic rates/frequencies are utilized for homogenization. Also have micro controller timer range 0 to 15 minutes up to 3.5 liters. Two commonly equipped sonicators are Bath-type and probe-type. Probe type sonicators having high intensity is noticed to be more effective than bath-type.
