Ø What is Nitrogen Concentrator?

Nitrogen concentrator is a laboratory grade product designed for carrying out low volume concentration. It is specially used for the Nitrogen purging in hydraulic application and laboratory applications. Such sample evaporation, nitrogen concentration in a sample.

Concentrator improves the constant flow and temperature to get desired output in terms of evaporation. Nitrogen concentrator can concentrate multiple of samples simultaneously resulting in saving time with high efficiency instead of rotary evaporation.

It can process 50 samples each of minimum volume 4ml and can goes up to of 30 ml.

Nitrogen Concentrator or evaporator is used to prepare samples for analysis. It is used in many industries, such as food, biotechnology, analytical chemistry, petroleum, and environmental sciences. Nitrogen evaporation helps in drying and concentrating the samples so that tests like mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) can be performed on those samples.

Ø Working principle

It works by blowing nitrogen into the heated surface of the sample and makes the solvent evaporate and separated rapidly; thereby reaching the sample enrichment purpose without oxygen, keep the sample of powder form.
